Pam is very patient and does not use pressure tactics. I looked for a house for over a year and she was a delight to work with. When I eventually listed and sold, she was super organized. Creating a listing app that notified me of bookings, staging my house, sending a contractor to fix an issue, sending an electrician to get an electrically certificate, sending movers. She even sent me a pre and post checklist of items I should follow up on. I would highly recommend Pam to any potential buyers or sellers. You will be in good hands.

I have used Alex now for the fourth time. He’s always been attentive and enthusiastic. One of the main reasons I repeatedly use him is he is flat out honest. Sometimes I need to be told the truth. I may not want to hear it but at least I can count on Alex to tell me when I’m making a mistake. Questions after hours? No problem. Emergency last minute changes to a deal ? Don’t panic. Without fail every time I have worked with Alex or referred him to friend last and family it’s always worked out. Trust in him and trust the process.

I set out to buy a bungalow in a certain price range. Market inventory was very low, well priced properties were getting offers within a day and it was clear that a very qualified and responsive team would be required to pull off this purchase at this time in the market.
