I got Emma's contact a year before actually viewing homes, she put me on her search list, and would answer all my inquires and follow up every few months before we even met or visited any homes.
I consider myself very lucky to have her as my realtor, she genuinely cares about her clients from her heart, very dedicated, punctual and attentive to details and always available to answer all questions anytime.

My home purchase journey was quite a unique one, and thanks to Emma for making it happen, she also introduced me to an excellent lawyer and mortgage broker to make sure I'm in safe hands being alone and totally new to the process.
